
Cristian HUBATI
Cristian Hubati graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the “Politehnica” University of Bucharest in 1995 and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Open University Business School, UK and a Postgraduate Certificate in Board Practice and Directorship from Henley Business School, UK. Cristian Hubati has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Arnold DUPUY
Arnold Dupuy is currently a faculty member on the Naval Postgraduate School’s Energy Academic Group. Separately, he is chair of the NATO Science and Technology Organization’s Systems Analysis and Studies-163, Energy Security in the Era of Hybrid Warfare, a program to study hybrid warfare’s impact on energy security and Alliance cohesion. Dupuy also focuses on topics like the geopolitical aspects of energy security within the transatlantic alliance, as well as the US Indo-Pacific Command’s area of responsibility. He is an adjunct professor of political science at Virginia Tech and George Mason University.

Michael DICKERSON
Mr. Dickerson joined the Department of State in 2002. He most recently served as the Deputy Chief of Mission in Baku, Azerbaijan. His other postings include Tbilisi, where he facilitated the first ever visit of a U.S. President to the Caucasus, as well as Vilnius, Budapest, Azerbaijan (twice), and Moscow. He chaired the Technology Transfer Working Group while working in the Office of Conventional Arms Threat Reduction at the Department of State in Washington, D.C.

Mihai PANAIT
He is a graduate of the Naval Academy “Mircea cel Bătrân”, Faculty of Navigation, (Class of 1991) and the Military High School of the Navy “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” in Constanța (Class of 1986). His first position in his career was that of Commander of the Naval Artillery and Missile Combat Service on the 24th Maritime Dredger “Remus Lepri” (1991-1994), after which he was appointed Second Officer on the 29th Maritime Dredger “Dimitrie Nicolescu”. Starting with 1996, he successively fulfilled the functions of artillery and naval missile specialist in the staff of the 176th Naval Dragoon Division (1996-1997) and artillery, naval missile and underwater weapons specialist at the 61st Naval Dragoon Brigade (1997-1999).

Teodor PATRICHI
Teodor Patrichi holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, and a Masters degree in Logistics and Economics for Maritime Trade at the “Mircea cel Bătrân” Naval Academy in Constanta, Romania.
He held several positions at the Maritime Ports Administration in Romania, like Cruise Terminal Representative and Port Operations Manager. In 2017 Mr. Patrichi was elected for a 3-year mandate as the MedCruise Black Sea Director with a mandate to re-develop the cruising industry in the Black Sea.
As a member of the US Navy League since 2008, he formed a new overseas council in Romania called Romania Council. In 2017 he was selected as South Europe area President and in 2018 as European Region President for the United States Navy League.
Between 2016 and 2020, he served as a member of the City Council Constanta, Romania.

Anders MILDE
Captain Andres Milde lives in Bergen, Norway. He has spent most of his career on board different Fast Patrol Boats and Corvettes. His last assignement at sea was as COM 1st Corvette Squadron, commanding five Skjold Class Corvettes.
Operations have mostly been conducted along the coast of Norway. He has also served in Operation Active Endeavour and Operation RECSYR. Staff asignments have been to the Defence Staff and National Joint Headquarters. Capt. Milde is a keen skier and hunter.

Eric T. OLSON
Admiral Eric Thor Olson, a Navy SEAL officer, retired from military service in 2011. His career culminated as the head of the United States Special Operations Command, where he was responsible for the mission readiness and global deployment of more than 65,000 Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps special operations forces, and for managing an annual budget in excess of $10 billion dollars.
Admiral Olson served in special operations units throughout his career, was engaged in several contingency operations and commanded at every level. He was highly decorated for both service and valor, and was selected as a Distinguished Graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the Naval Postgraduate School.
